Shooting 1074 Lunalilo St. #403

A couple weeks ago, Lorraine Fukumae approached me to shoot some photos of her listing at the Price Lunalilo condominium. Located at 1074 Lunalilo St., this one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit was pretty straight forward. I rented a tilt-shift lens and a flash for this one, and headed over. Here are a couple of the shots I got…


The tilt-shift really came in handy on this property because I was able to stand relatively close with the 24mm lens and keep all the vertical lines straight. I’m pretty sure this only matters to other photo geeks like me, but it’s cool nonetheless!


Again, photo geeks will note the straight vertical lines, thanks to the tilt-shift lens I rented. I’m so used to running through a property with my fish-eye lens, that it provides an interesting challenge to use a tilt-shift!


Finally, I busted out my “nifty fifty” and shot some emotion shots of the property. These are really worth it when the property is staged as well as this one was.
